After racking, the aging takes place in large oak barrels and lasts about 18 months, followed by an additional rest of two months in the bottle. It undergoes neither clarification nor filtration, and at no stage of the winemaking is sulfur added.

The Radikon Pinot Grigio presents itself in the glass with an intense and enchanting orange-rosé. From the first sniff, it outlines its complexity and its being out of the ordinary, unfolding in succession bitter orange peel, oriental spices, ripe peach, and penetrating ethereal nuances. Full sip, both in terms of taste and body, but always balanced between richness and rhythm, marked by a well-integrated tannin and a balsamic freshness. A disconcerting and histrionic nectar, fading into a very long persistence, leaving a legacy.
