Moscato d'Asti 'Nivole' Michele Chiarlo 2024

The Moscato d'Asti “Nivole” is a sweet sparkling wine from Piemonte that pleases the palate of all enthusiasts. It is a wine where the Moscato stands out with all its typical aromaticity, with an easy and satisfying drink, perfect for pairing with various desserts from Italian cuisine. A bottle with which the Michele Chiarlo winery confirms to be one of the most important production realities in Piemonte, managing, even when not talking about great red wines, to rank at the top of quality: try it to believe.

This Moscato d'Asti “Nivole” is made from the homonymous grapes, cultivated by the Michele Chiarlo winery team within vineyards characterized by marine sediments, white soils, and sand, exposed to the southeast and southwest. The grapes, hand-picked during the harvest phase, undergo a light pressing, and then ferment alcoholically in autoclaves at controlled temperature. In this phase, part of the carbon dioxide developed during fermentation remains “trapped”, giving rise to the typical effervescence of Moscato. Before bottling, a micro-filtration is carried out to ensure purity and transparency of the final product.

The “Nivole” is a Moscato d'Asti that, in the glass, presents itself with a beautiful straw yellow color, bright and shining; the perlage is fine and persistent. The aromas that make up the olfactory profile are those typical of the Moscato grape, with notes of flowers alternating with aromas of sage, enriched by more fruity touches. On the palate, it is light-bodied, slim and lively, with a pleasantly fresh sip that encourages the ease of drinking. A label signed by the Michele Chiarlo winery that confirms itself as one of the best in the entire denomination. If you don't know how to conclude a dinner with guests, a glass of “Nivole” will guarantee you great success.
