Flors di Uis Vie di Romans 2015

The vineyards, a few miles from the Gulf of Trieste, enjoy a climate that gives the wines a Mediterranean character, with embracing aromas and soft flavors. As this "grape flower", a soft wine, almost creamy, which offers pleasant sensations in the mouth. A wine of this structure matches well with Asian cuisine, full of flavors and spices. Try it with a Tempura Maki.
