The Rosé Brut Premier Cru “Bulle de Rose” by Frederic Savart is an elegant and refined Champagne, born from a blend based on Pinot Noir to which a small percentage of Chardonnay is added. A typical expression of the rosés from the Montagne de Reims, it stands out especially for its good structure and a clear mineral freshness, which decisively characterizes its profile. Its bouquet fascinates and seduces with delicate aromas of small berries, bread crust, and subtle spicy nuances. It is a great Rosé Champagne, a product of Savart's artisanal vision, to be enjoyed with a dish of shellfish or delicate white meats.

The “Bulle de Rose” Champagne Rosé Premier Cru originates in the northwestern area of the Montagne de Reims, where the vigneron Frederic Savart cultivates 6 hectares of vineyard, producing high-quality artisanal expressions. His deep knowledge of the territory and love for Burgundy wines have led Frederic Savart to pursue a path aimed at enhancing the individual parcels, bottling them separately. Thus, a range of Champagne for connoisseurs has been born, which manages to bring all the nuances of the terroir into the glass, highlighting differences and peculiarities. Great attention in the vineyard and careful vinifications make Frederic Savart's Champagnes a true excellence.

The Champagne Rosé Brut Premier Cru “Bulle de Rose” from the Maison of Frederic Savart is produced with a selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, coming from vineyards cultivated in the territory of the Premier Crus of Ecueil and Villers-aux-Noeuds. At the end of fermentation, a small percentage of red vinified Pinot Noir is added to the vins clairs in the blend. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Méthode Champenoise, with a resting period on the lees of at least 24 months. In the glass, it presents itself with a delicate coral pink hue, crossed by a fine and continuous perlage. The olfactory spectrum recalls citrus fruits, small berries, bread crust, and soft spices. The entry on the palate is tense and slender, with refined, elegant aromas and a finish of pleasant mineral freshness.mineral.
