Nicole Moncuit choose the "Vieille Vigne" only during exceptional vintages. The Vineyard leads approximately 15 hectares of Grand Cru. From these noble vineyards is created the finest champagne of the House, this beautiful wine is the result of a fine blend from the selection of the oldest vines of the property, over 50 years. Each harvest states its character and shows its specific features that characterize the wine. The unique characteristics of the Terroir are cherished and preserved in the wines, Nicole Moncuit bases his work in the pursuit of perfection thanks to the know-how learned from his father Pierre Moncuit. The "Vieille Vigne" after being fermented in temperature controlled stainless tanks, remains more than 60 months in contact with yeasts, to allow better refinement and enhance its complexity. A wine that hits for power, but with great elegance, characteristic of a superb bottle. In many vintages gives crisp aromas of hazelnuts, toasted almonds and dried fruit, sometimes accompanied by notes of truffle and "undergrowth".
