The wine matures in second-pass barriques for 6 months and completes the aging with 6 months in the bottle

The Cabernet Franc "1978" wine, produced by the winery managed by the San Patrignano Community, is a harmonious and fragrant red that expresses the typical varietal characteristics of this extraordinary Bordeaux grape, increasingly vinified in purity to enhance its refined aromatic profile. In the glass, it presents a dark and luminous ruby red color. The olfactory profile is characterized by intense aromas of small dark berries, black currant, blueberry, wild blackberry, ripe cherry, aromas of Mediterranean scrub herbs, medicinal herbs, vegetal nuances of green pepper, and delicate spices. On the palate, it has well-integrated tannins with the body of the wine, with rich and crunchy fruity aromas that lead to a pleasantly fresh and persistent finish.
