It is indeed a bottle that expresses a splendid varietal typicity, as it commendably portrays the characteristics of the grape variety used at the start, Sauvignon. Exotic fruit and vegetal notes alternate on the nose, while a refreshing sip accompanies the drink, making Alteni di Brassica ideal to taste in combination with first and second courses based on fish.

This white wine Alteni di Brassica is born from the pure use of a great international grape variety, Sauvignon. It is a variety widely cultivated all over the world, which, even in Piemonte, finds some particularly suited areas. Gaja, in particular, cultivates it within the terroir of Langhe, and the grapes, after harvesting, are vinified and aged for six months in small French oak barrels. Once this maturation is complete, the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.
