This Vermuth Rosso brings with it a breath of fresh air, being the first of its kind to be produced according to genuine and sustainable practices using only organic ingredients, from the grapes to the botanicals used in the flavouring phase.

Azienda Agricola Naturale Vermouth Rosso originates only from Nero d'Avola grapes grown in south-eastern Sicily in accordance with the principles of certified organic farming, on calcareous and siliceous soils, also characterised by the presence of layers of clay and tuff. After harvesting, the grapes are vinified using the red wine method, with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and several days of maceration on the marc, processes accompanied by gentle extraction techniques such as manual punching-down and daily pumping-over. Once the fermentation process is complete and the wine has been given an adequate period of rest, it is then aromatised using organic botanicals and the final addition of alcohol and sugar.

The colour of Azienda Agricola Naturale's Vermouth Rosso is a brilliant cherry red. Captivating herbaceous and floral scents emerge on the nose, associated with sensations of roots, citrus peel and sweet spices. In the mouth it is intense and rich, smooth and persistent, with a very long, pleasantly bitter finish. This artisanal vermouth is the right choice if you want to add a touch of the Mediterranean to classic cocktails such as the Negroni or the Americano.
