In search of the purest expression of her wines, the winemaker has taken revolutionary paths for the area, adopting ancient techniques such as vinification in amphora.

“Sgarzo” means shoot. The vines grow in the Sgarzon vineyard, a unique environment where the climate is cooler than in other areas and the soils, of alluvial origin, are sandy. Among the rows, the principles of organic cultivation are adopted along with the use of biodynamic principles.
