The estate was renamed “Lo Vascos” in honor of the Echenique. The soil is predominantly composed of calcareous and dry land, among others suitable for the cultivation of Bordeaux varieties; the climate is influenced by ocean currents, with \u003cstrong\u003emild temperatures both in summer and winter\u003c\/strong\u003e, good solar exposure for excellent grape ripening, and constant ventilation. Once the harvest is completed, an alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel with selected yeasts.selected.
