In the vineyard, intervention is kept to the bare minimum, avoiding any type of synthetic chemical, pesticides, or herbicides. The grape harvest is done manually; once in the winery, fermentation is triggered by the action of indigenous yeasts and subsequently two-thirds of the must are aged in wood, while the remaining part in steel.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe color of the Rosso “Cuvée Rot” by Weingut Bergkloster is ruby red with brilliant reflections.
