The estate is located near Povoletto and has about 13 hectares with vineyards in the Grave del Friuli area, in Faedis and Montina in the famous area of the Colli Orientali, always a land of extraordinary whites. The Ribolla Gialla is cultivated in the \u003cstrong\u003ebest hilly areas of the estate\u003c\/strong\u003e, where it can enjoy poor morainic soils, with abundant presence of gravel and pebbles, which naturally contain generous yields. The well-sunlit and always ventilated exposures lead the grapes to ripen towards the end of September. At the end of the manual harvest, the bunches are subjected to a soft pressing to extract the free-run must. After static decantation, fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 18 °C.
