The soil is mainly composed of sand, clay, and alkaline substance due to the presence of active limestone. The harvest is done manually around mid-October; in the winery, alcoholic fermentation takes place with pumping over, followed by malolactic fermentation. It ages in steel for 3 months and in oak barrels for 10.
