The vines grow using the espalier system with guyot pruning, at \u003cstrong\u003ean altitude of about 250 meters above sea level\u003c\/strong\u003e. The must, obtained from the gentle pressing of the grapes, ferments in temperature-controlled steel containers. We then proceed with the aging process, which has a short duration and takes place in steel, and then continues, after bottling, with another 6 months of maturation in glass before being released on the market.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Fina Perricone presents itself visually with an intense, deep, dark ruby color, at times impenetrable.
