The vineyards are located on silty soils, moderately deep and fertile, and on porphyritic soils, rockier and shallower, at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level, with south and southwest exposures. The training system is the traditional Trentino pergola, with a planting density of about 4,500 plants per hectare. At the end of the manual harvest, the grapes are gently pressed in an inert atmosphere, and after a static decantation of the must, the process continues with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
