This expression tells the story of a winery that has become a landmark in the area, through the production of high-quality reds.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe “Gavarini” Nebbiolo is a red produced from Nebbiolo grapes coming from 2.5 hectares of south-facing vineyards located in the territory of Monforte d’Alba. The vineyards reach an altitude of about 350-380 meters and are cultivated using the typical Guyot system on medium-textured calcareous soils tending towards clayey. The winemaking process begins with alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with frequent daily pump-overs. It is then aged for \u003cstrong\u003eseveral months in steel containers\u003c\/strong\u003e inox. Once bottled, it continues its refinement until the month following the harvest before being marketed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Nebbiolo Elio Grasso presents itself with a ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it releases aromas of crunchy red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, dried flowers, violet, and a slight hint of black pepper. On the palate, it is very pleasant, juicy, clean, with good freshness and a long, fruity finish. A \u003cstrong\u003ehighly gastronomic\u003c\/strong\u003e juice from Piemonte, to try with local cured meats and salami or, more generally, with meat dishes.
