Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and concrete tanks at controlled temperatures with skin maceration. The wine ages for 6 months in large oak barrels and in concrete tanks before being bottled. It presents itself with a ruby red color with slight violet hues. On the nose, it recalls small dark berry fruits, nuances of underbrush, floral hints of violet, and soft spices. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with a fruity sip, dense but soft tannins, and a persistent andbalanced.
