A particular still made up of two boilers with a distillation column, which allows for vacuum processing and represents one of the most modern and innovative distillation plants present \u003c\/p\u003etoday in Italy. The Crysopea still allows for a distillate that preserves delicate floral and fruity aromas and a greater complexity and varietal typicity.
