After the soft pressing of the must, fermentation takes place in steel vats and small oak barrels. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the wine is slowly and naturally sparkling, thanks to prolonged contact with the yeasts.\u003cbr\u003eFranciacorta Extra Brut Lantieri de Paratico has a greenish straw colour and a very fine perlage in the glass. It conquers the nose with a citrus and floral bouquet that is fresh, savoury and vibrant. The palate confirms the olfactory impressions of energy and vitality: the clean, taut attack progressively reveals snap and good dynamism, enriched by aromas of bread baking (grilled bread) and fruit. It is savoury and crisp, fresh and very pleasant, well structured.
