Today, the winery spans 26 hectares in Prepotto, Udine, and stands as a reference point for more experienced tasters while also being able to win over those who are just starting out.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Ciallabianco wine is made from a blend predominantly consisting of Ribolla, as well as Verduzzo and Picolit. The grapes, harvested at full ripeness, come from vineyards cultivated following organic farming practices. The blend \u003cstrong\u003eis fermented in barrique\u003c\/strong\u003e, with the liquid aging in the same barrels for a duration of 11 months. It further ages for 6-12 months in glass.before being marketed.
