Following the harvest, the grapes are mellowed in stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins. Subsequently, the mass is transferred into \u003cstrong\u003elarge oak casks\u003c\/strong\u003e for ageing for 18 months prior to bottling.
