The vines, raised according to organic farming principles and using the Abruzzi pergola and spurred cordon planting system, sink their roots into clay-limestone soil. In the winery, this rosé is made half by the technique of red bloodletting after a brief cold pre-maceration and half by direct pressing of the unstemmed grapes. On the nose, a very fresh olfactory array emerges that recalls floral fragrances (rose above all), the juiciness of red forest berries, the fruity notes of pomegranate and the luscious hints of wild strawberry.
