The harvest takes place during the last decade of September, and the must obtained from the pressing phase of the grapes ferments in stainless steel tanks, also undergoing malolactic fermentation. The final aging phase takes place first for \u003cstrong\u003e6 months in second passage barrique, \u003c\/strong\u003eand after bottling for another six months in glass.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Cannonau \"Noras\" signed by the Santadi winery presents itself to the eye with a ruby red color, crossed by light reflections tending more towards garnet at the rim.
