For its production, the Tempranillo variety is used, the most widespread red grape in the area, combined with international varieties such as Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The producers choose to enhance the primary aromas of this combination of grapes, avoiding any alteration caused by contact with wood. This is why the monsters ferment in steel, with malolactic fermentation and maturation for \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"\u003e12 months in traditional 100 hl cement tanks\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"\u003e.
