The grapes are cultivated using the bilateral guyot method within a plot called \"Vigna del Bosco\", located at an altitude ranging from 420 to 450 meters above sea level. The terroir has a mixed composition, and vineyard operations are carried out taking into account the principles.of \u003cstrong\u003ebiodynamic agriculture\u003c\/strong\u003e. The grapes ferment alcoholically thanks to the presence of \u003cstrong\u003eindigenous yeasts\u003c\/strong\u003e in oak barrels, remaining in contact with the skins for 90 days.
