We are located in a clayey terroir, which tends to be calcareous. The must ferments in steel containers with a capacity of 200 hectoliters, equipped with a system for pumping over and constant temperature control. Maceration on the skin lasts 20 days. In the mouth, it enters with a firm structure endowed with excellent persistence and a warm, balanced sip.
