No shortcuts, just consistency and hard work, to obtain authentic and territorial wines that do not seek exaggerated concentration but rather favor drinkability and cross-utilization.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe red Bardolino is produced from a classic blend of Corvina and Rondinella, with grapes from 12-year-old vines facing south and \u003cstrong\u003egrown organically.\u003c\/strong\u003e While in the vineyard the intent is to respect and preserve the vitality of the land and fruit, in the winery proceeds with equal care, with alcoholic fermentations that occur separately for the respective varieties and a maceration of 7-8 days on the skins, which precedes the malolactic fermentation.
